I came up with and easy way (well, I think it's easy) to tap the holes
in the longeron for the F-8113A mid cabin covers. I bought
one of those flexible screwdriver extensions, and adapted my tap to
it. Made the tapping a breeze... |

So now the mid cabin covers are in, the left and right consoles are
in, and the forward seat ramp is partially fitted... |

Rudder pedal assembly is built, drilled, and clecoed to the floor... |
 |
 |
I started building the rear seat back... I still
need to work on the fiberglass a bit... |

Front seat back after the angles cut and riveted on. |

Front seat back installed in the fuse... |

Here is my battery tray... I got the idea from Randy
Lervold. It will sit on the floor in the forward baggage
compartment. More pictures to come... |
 |
Here are a couple views of it. I used angle to make a base that
would bolt to the floor and rest on the firewall angle and another angle
I installed to help spread the load of the battery... |

 |
forward fuse sub floor skeleton going together... I did away
with the cooling ramp hinge, and simply installed an angle in it's
place... |

Forward fuse sub floor and cooling ramp riveted together... |
 |
 |
I had to do some trimming on the cooling ramp to clear the nose wheel
portion of the engine mount... |
