Once I got the longerons bent, I started mounting stuff onto the jig. this part is pretty easy, everything pretty much falls into place. |

I started by installing the F-890PP bottom skin. You can cleco it to the F-804 center section and then square it and but it up to the firewall and drill it to the firewall. This will pretty much square everything up. |

Then I moved onto the F-843 longerons & F-891PP side skins. Everything lined up good. Once the skins were on, I drilled and clecoed the F-898 longerons & F-802R bulkheads to the side skins. |

Then I removed the skins and installed the F-855PP & F-848 gussets, and the F-895 doublers to the skeleton. |

I had just started to install the F-804H center section side plates when I quit for the evening. more pix to come... |
